Bonjour Parenthood prioritizes the well-being of families by placing postnatal care at the core of family planning
About our Founders
Guided by best-in-class European practices, Bonjour Parenthood’s mission is to place postpartum care at the core of family planning, by equiping parents for the postpartum period, extending support through in-home postnatal care after childbirth and enhance parenting confidence.
Originating from France and the Netherlands, our co-founders are adoptive New Yorkers and young mothers. Drawing from their personal experiences, observations and knowledge of European best practices, they have united to establish Bonjour Parenthood. Their aim is to bridge a gap in parental support in NYC, providing services that encompass the entire journey from pregnancy to the first year after birth.

Insufficient Postpartum Prep Leaves Too Many Parents Feeling Like They’re Failing
Mothers commonly report feelings of exhaustion, isolation, and despair. Their health and well-being often becoming secondary post childbirth, while partners may feel left out.
Postpartum or the period that follows childbirth, is conventionally acknowledged to last six weeks according to medical definition.
However, an increasing number of experts challenge this definition, asserting that this stage actually extends longer and is unique to each woman. This idea has already gained momentum in Europe.
Bonjour Parenthood aligns with this perspective and strives to provide support to women and their families throughout the entire first year after birth.
